Etude House new mascara - Curl Fix Mascara

One of the day at home though of buying mascara cause the one I'm using now I'm not really satisfied.  It doesn't curl up well to me.  While I was browsing my Instagram, I saw Etude House was promoting their new mascara and having special promo for this upcoming mascara.  And it was just nice for me to give it a try of this new mascara.

The new mascara which was not official launch having this Pre-Launch that come in a box of 2 eye-shadow and a play 101 pencil. And also it came along with - complimentary set of Freshkon colour fusion 1-Day cosmetic contact lenses 10 days trial with purchase of "open your eyes" with lash prem curl fix mascara set.  The usual price of these full items cost $61. Which this current promotion it cost only $39.90.  It only available at Wisma Atria and VivoCity from 22nd August to 31st August.

Hubby bring me all the way down to VivoCity and we have some window shopping over there.  We haven't been there for very long time.  It remind me when I was still working at Tanjong Pagar, I will drop by VivoCity to shop whenever I'm free after work or meet friend for dinner.  We also have some snacks from the basement.  At first, we couldn't find the Etude House store because it the second basement have become a shopping area which we did not notice it.  Until we almost give up, I saw a very bright pink up there and it seem to look like it.  I tell Hubby to let's go up and try to see.  Yeah! There it is!

Hope it is good in curl.  Actually I got more than 1 mascara, one is always not enough.  Especially when I feel I need this or that certain items when the current one is not satisfied me enough.  Have also bought others brands one too.  For lower lash, I'm using the Dolly wink brown.  I was also tempted get Kose new eye shadow.  There still couple of items which I intend to get after my pregnancy.  Have been wanted to try the Haba Night Recover Jelly, will try it after few months later.

After he bought for my Etude House products, we went to Giant to buy stuffs.  As usual getting my favorite Yogurt drink and others foods too.  This how we spend the day together.  

Catch up lunch with Uni mate and dinner with Hubby at Serenity Spanish Bar & Restaurant

A catch up with my Uni mate Bi Xia for lunch at 313, Marche.  After the lunch we slack at the place for chit chatting.  After that walk up to Takashimaya as we want to go to Kiniokuniya.  We hang around in Kinokuniya for quite long time until around 6pm.  We both was getting a bit tried so we went to find a seat near the fountain inside of Takashimaya.  While we are still chatting, my Hubby sudden appear to find me.  I wonder how he know where am I.  Ha.... Always manage to found me.  Bi Xia left first, While me and my Hubby went for a walk at the mooncake event at Takashimaya.  

We have a tour around and trying out the mooncake to see what we will interested.  We actually wanted to get back the same one that we had last year which is the Hong Kong custard mooncake.  But I told Hubby since we tried before and my current taste due to pregnancy have taste too sweet for me.  So give it a miss this time round.  In the end, we walk to the stall that selling lantern.  Hubby chooses a very hugh lanterns and bought 2 of it.  At first we chooses the same size as we bought last year with different design but I remember at the end of the candle melted, it's accidently melt the bottom too.  I was scalded by the string that being melt off and drop on my feet.  I scare it will burn the lantern from bottom.  The lantern that he choose was Hugh.  I told him, on lantern festival day, he will holding one lantern only as it's so Hugh that it is no point for us to hold one each and also I'm pregnant.  Hee....

After the buying the lantern and taste of mooncakes, we found one that catches both our taste.  Which is from Ritz Carlton mooncake.  Is really nice and not too over sweet.  But we didn't buy on the spot on that day.  But we listed the Ritz Carlton one.  After that we go for our dinner at Serenity Spanish Bar & Restaurant at Takashimaya.  We back to what we first meet up for dinner but at different brunches.

The Groovy Giraffe - Baby books

Is time to order some baby books for our little one.  We want to start given our little one some education while it still in the womb.  So when after the little one come out will have the memories of certain knowledge image.  I found this from facebook very long time ago which pop up in the news feed.  We ordered the books on 20th Aug night and it deliver the next day to us.  That's very fast!  And the books are nicely deliver too.  Recommended!  We bought a total of 6 books.  Which consist of one cloth book.  All are brand new, only 2 or not in the wrap.  So 2 of the books we be using first.  Didn't know that the Baby Loves Summer is a book that inside can be flip while reading to baby.  We like that book very much.  Hope baby too! :)  These 6 books are just nice to be one of each learning.

Interior Design Pt.3

Continue on from the July post of "Interior Design Part 1" previous update http://ainokoya.blogspot.sg/2015/07/house-renovation.html.

The part that about the lousy interior designer that a owner have met and we have also ask for refund from the designer since he say it could refund anytime if we do not want in the end.  Lucky it was a smooth refund, we first though it could be difficult to ask him for the refund back.  So we manage to get the $500 refund by cheque back.  Hubby went down to the interior design firm and pick up the cheque from him.  He also got no chance to talk to my Hubby as that guy have client there to attend to.

The Korean Bingsu - Nunsongyee

I was craving for dessert after seeing in Instagram posting by Jamie Chua Bingsu.  I told Hubby I wanted to try it.  Hubby do a search of Bingsu of other places, as I told him the one that I saw is located at 313 and I'm worry that it will be long queue during night time.  

Hubby found this place called Nunsongyee and it located at a very quiet place.  but don't look at this quiet place, when we almost finish around 9pm plus.  A suddenly a bunch of people came in group by group.  We drive there so I'm not sure is there a bus stop that can drop outside and walk down in.  They have another outlet which is located around Tanjong Katong.  And they be opening a very convenient place at town area which is Bugis.  If not wrong it will be open directly Bugis Junction and 24hr.  

My Hubby ordered their strawberry milk shake, authentic Korean Seaame Bingsu and Honey Toast with topping of Ice Cream.  The Sesame Bingsu with red bean topping and rice cake.  Give it a try, it's really nice!  We will be back again to try out their others Bingsu favous.

Another appointment check up

The appointment for my check-up suppose to be on 7th Aug, Friday but it was postpone to 3th Aug instead.  As 7th Aug is a PH so hospital have to make arrangement to be before the date as the routine check-up cannot be anything time after.  On 3th Aug, lot of people was waiting for the check-up.  The queue is very long.  As due to those suppose to be check-up on Friday are being postpone to today.  Our appointment timing was 1145am and we have check in our appointment before 1145am.  but we waited so long until almost 1pm.  Hubby actually took half day in the morning only.  We have no choice got to eat our lunch right at the appointment area.  It seem awaken but with no choice, I'm starting to feel hungry.  Hubby went to buy dinner and we seat there eating.

A sudden thought, I couldn't imagine if we are still under the public clinic one will it be pack like hell.  Lucky From the very first appointment visit, Hubby asked for change to Private Suite.  From earlier time Hubby only interested in the Private Suite one and have intention to change.  He want to have better environment for me and baby before and after birth.  And of cause the service and shorter queue.

Catch up with friends and Clarins product

A catch up day with Charlotte, Wati and her daughter Dini.  We have our lunch at Casuseway Point Swenson.  We also have earthquake on top our lunch.  After our lunch we went for some walk, Wati daughter went to have the art while 3 of us chatting somewhere around the place.  We have some drinks at Coffee Bean and slacking together.

After everything, my Hubby come and fetch me to have dinner. A sudden Hubby say bring me to somewhere.  I follow him, he bring me to Metro to Clarins counter.  He want to buy the feet lotion for me.  :)  I told him before there're pregnancy range selling at Clarins.  I feel so bless that he always remember what I want or need.  

Clarins - Energizing Emulsion

The Clarie's lady given me other sample for try.  They have these Body Treatment Oil, Stretch Mark Control and Moisture-Rich Body Lotion.  It was told to applied the Body Treatment Oil first follow by Stretch Mark Control to lighten the stretch mark.  Their current Day Screen have become more UV protection than previous ones.  Now it UV protection of SPF 50.  Previously it's SPF 40/45.
