Macdonald SG50 Hello Kitty

I received my Macdonald SG50 Hello Kitty full set around 11pm from courier service.  It was late at night, we were wonder who knocking at the door at this hour.  Till Hubby went to get the door, when he came back into the room he pass me the set of Hello Kitty.  Wah! That's pretty fast!  Hubby actually order few days ago.  It came to a surprise the delivery is fast.  Thanks Hubby for these set of Macdonald SG50 Hello Kitty set!

Purchase of Baby stuffs and visiting his Grandma

Baby Expo is having their opening event again for 3 days sales from 24th - 26th July.  Baby Expo is a warehouse sales on it own.  This our second time visiting Baby Expo.  The first visiting was generally looking around more than buying and that day was a Friday afternoon which not many people.  During the first visit. we bought Carter newborn clothes for baby.  Is cheap, which pack in a pack of 5 cost about $15 (somewhere around that price, can't recall the cost lol).  They are located at Ang Mo Kio in one of the building in the industrial park.  Hubby and I have our lunch in that building.  We choose one of the Zhu Cha stall for our lunch.  The stall auntie is very nice.  After we have order while seating down waiting for our food to come, when she came over to put the forks and spoons, she asked do we need to add on soup?  Cause we only order 2 dishes which is one Gang kong and Deer meat.  So we added on one seafood soup.  After our lunch, we went straight up to Baby Expo.  Today there are many people at Baby Expo unlike the first time we went.  

We bought couple of items like, newborn clothes (buying additional more), baby hood towel, baby wiper (additional topping up), breast pad, cute baby sound soft toy, baby nail trimmer, cot bedsheets and most important ones the car seat.

*think I didn't left out any item from memory bah... Ha*

Photos was not allow to be post right now due to Hubby grandma told him that only getting nearer to baby stages then allow to purchase those items like Baby Cot, Pillow etc.  So some items that have been bought now have been throw inside storeroom for keeping till it get nearer.  I could say is a suspicious kind of believe.  So rather to believe than not to.

After these purchase we went down to Pasir Ris which is Hubby aunt house where his grandma staying over every weekdays.  But due to she slip and fall and hurt her feet, she staying over for longer time.  We visiting her to see her.  We also have dinner over.  After dinner, Hubby and me left and went to Ikea for a walk since we are in the east.  Having seeing some of the idea that given to us for our house after viewing too.  Like some of Ikea some items that could be use for our upcoming home.

Interior Design firm Part.2

On one of the weekend, when me and my hubby was walking around at Yishun area.  Yishun area have couple of ID firm which we do not know until there's oneday we was going toward North Point from the carpark area which around the shop houses.  We passersby and came across this ID firm call Zhuang Jia.  They are a certified Case Trust.  When we back home, we do a online visit to their website to take a look.  We have a tour of the image and found that it's not bad.  One of the design catches my eyes which done by this Lady Boss which is Modern Baroque theme.  We decided to drop a message to them.  After contacted with us, they arrange a meet up session with us personally with our design of our house.  It took us only few days to received the quotation from them after the whole of discussion, it's pretty fast.  For this company, they actually work as a team.  I can't remember which day was the meet up but was one of the weekend during July.  Me and my hubby quite like this ID firm.  Is one of our selected in the list.

We also meet up with another ID at Toa Payoh hub area which called Dezign Culture.  This ID contacted my hubby thought forum and also have send some of the ID things to him.  As he still remember my hubby and contacted him again after few months later.  We also meet up with this ID firm few days later.   We give the ID same design of what we want, he also quite a good idea giving person.  And also good to chat about the house too.  Overall is also not bad too.

On 18th July, we went down to one of the ID client home at Dawson.  Which we actually asked Zhuang Jia does it have any home that we could visit their workmanship earlier on.  The owner have started their renovation not very long ago.  I and my Hubby went down to take a look at one of the owner renovation workmanship.  The owner done his side of the cabinet in round design as to also seen to safe edge design too.  It given us the idea to have it a round corner for the edge of all sharp cabinet corner.  Workmanship are not that bad too.


Hubby wan po birthday celebration

After the visit of Zhuang Jia client place, I guide Hubby the way down to ABC eater place.  We had carrot cake and strawberry fruit juice.  And after snacking food, we bought lot of bread back for my supper as I will feel hungry easily in the night.  Driving back home to pick up the dessert and fetch his sister to his grandmother place for her birthday celebration.  Everyone of his relative is there to celebration her birthday.

After few meet up with some ID company.  We have decided to engage Zhuang Jia as our ID for our house.  As Hubby plan to get settle to choose by end of July before my bump getting bigger.  We also actually make a comparison of the quotation too.  As Zhuang Jia have the most preferred quotation pricing for us.  We actually have lot of carpentry doing up in our house and also with  having a theme of Contemporary European style.  The European style which is me who like a lot.  I always like Victorian style.  Hubby fulfill what I wanted.  To make it not too over European style, it combine with the Contemporary to it.

I actually mention that my Hubby found the bad of an ID firm ID.  That we have decided to get our refund back.

On 19th July Sunday afternoon, me and my hubby went down to Zhuang Jia place to re-discuss the quotation and do some adjustment to the house to have a so call final quotation.  We are also very grate that Zhuang Jia is a teamwork kind of ID firm.  Which make us feel is worth engaging them.  Our ID is very serious of his work too.  Our whole house idea drafting are done up by one ID and one senior contractor ID.  They are very in detail.

Interior Design firm Part.1

We actually visited a few ID companies.  Some throwback ~

Last year, we went to expo for IT show and there're furniture expo around too at another event place.  We both randomly just walk in and have a walk since we also did bring our floor plan along with us.  There this ID company having their booth there.  One of the ID approached us, we have a view of their show room over there and have some chat.  They actually proposed their promotion package to us, they having this and that freebies and free top up of kitchen table top.  We have some discussion on what our house wanted to do and that ID lady quote estimated amount to us.  The ID keep emphasis the quote of amount is not enough etc etc...  I and my hubby felt that , she keep saying more amount for it for design the house etc.  I and my hubby did not tempted by what that ID lady offer and especially what she keep proposed to us of the amount should be more.  The problem is that, the design that we share is not fully all in yet so if all in which mean she will quote a big lump sum of quote of it since she kept saying the amount will be more.  That's the first ID company we came across.  It's also a good experience to see how actually some ID company people proposed to client.

Last year in facebook in flat community group, there's ID company advertised house viewing around our current staying place.  Hubby booked a slot with them on the viewing day.  On that day, we went to take a look of their design and workmanship.  We visited a 4-room premium flat.  They have done up their renovation completely.  Their design not quite bad to us and workmanship seen not that bad in that house.  

This ID company is Thom Signature Design.

This year we also visited a show flat at Yishun which organised by another ID firm.  It was handle by one of the company boss itself throughout the whole intro session.  After the show flat my hubby drove down to their office as they are having a talk in their office. They do also provided bus for people to travel from show flat to their office.  It's convenient for those who doesn't drive.  They talk about what are the new changes by hdb, what their company provided and etc.  They also share that they have certified of case trust too.  Their company is pretty well-known and have celebrity advertised for them before.  They have very nice design which could be seen from their facebook, magazine.
This ID company is Rezt n Relax Interior.

Another visit few month back to a ID firm which they are having event promotion at their company as they shifted and open a brunch at a new place.  Hubby and me went down and take a look.  When we reach there, there are quite a number of customers.  That ID firm send a young guy to assist us.  He intro their home renovation package to us.  We given the same detail design as the previous first one.  The quote that he given is much reasonable than that ID firm and from the overall chatting everything sound and seem to goes well.  But we are not able to decided to take up or not yet.  But the guy proposed to us that we could actually secure the package and the small down payment of $500 only.  And it could be refund if in the end we do not want the package.  It take us quite long to take in consideration.  After some consideration with Hubby, since it could be refunded if we do not want it in the end.  We took up the package and had the down payment.

My Hubby always will go to the RenoTalk forum to have a view of update from the forum that writen by the people who get their house reno outcome and etc.  The bad thing is that, few weeks later my Hubby saw from RenoTalk forum that a guy posted about his house renovation with one ID firm of this ID guy is really bad.  Although he had censor partial of the company name and shorten the ID guy name.  But though the starting and ending of the uncensored alphabet ID firm which can be quite sure which ID firm it from.  My Hubby decided to drop a message to the forum guy and ask is it the "x" company and is the ID guy name "x" by his mention in the forum as "DK".  After receiving his reply message, it came out to be the correct company and the same guy we have met earlier on.  From the forum guy message, it seen to be still so angry about the whole situation that happened.  He share us what's the case that he had encounter.  Even the wrong port of the lighting the ID didn't bother to do anything to it and just tell him off to just port other place then. "Sigh"  And worse of all is that, he even make his own decision without discussing with the owner/permission request.  When hearing the owner is at the place, the ID guy will not appear at all when he know though phone calling.  Which told the owner he himself  "ID guy" do not need to come down since he's there "owner".

These are some of the ID we had met and talked to.  So many different type of handling and even cases we saw in forum.  Not easy ya....  To choose the right company and also the right person to handle your home is not as easy as ABC.  Must very precaution by ourselves.

WWE live in Singapore

2nd July 2015, WWE live in Singapore is here.  This our 2nd time watching live WWE!  The live show starting at 7:30pm.  3 of us include my brother is also watching the live WWE.  My hubby bought the most nearer view seat which he gonna 4th row from the ring.  He is so excited that day as it is so near on a live view.  My and my hubby dresses wrestling tee and cap.

After the event, hubby went to bought a WWE towel and a tee.  Something that wasn't very satisfied was the food station.  Never expect that Malaysia KL stadium provide better and more foods for people to buy.  In Malaysia KL stadium they have different stalls selling different foods and cook foods as well and not only snack.  As for Singapore stadium, it only one and only station there and only sell tidbits and drinks!  Sigh!  And even their popcorn was sold out while there are still many people are queuing and also not even at least selling hot-dogs bun.  This part, I definitely find Malaysia KL stadium provided better a lot.  

The whole of event after all it's still not so bad.  Wrestler Kage match have the old version match that most of us like it!  This was only be seen in the older days, like using table, chair and etc in the match.  Sad that only Nikki came to Singapore, her sister Bella wasn't around as well Paige too.  And one of my favorite have already quit WWE, who is AJ.  How I wish she still with WWE so I could see her near the ring side.  But overall it's still good!  Last match was our favorite, John Cena!!!!!  

These are the short blogging of our WWE experiences.  Probably the next time Hubby and me will be watching it in USA.  

Last Friday Dinner At Vienna

Last Friday 3th July, we had dinner at Vienna for Hubby younger brother pop.  I and his younger brother travel down by mrt and it's was baby first mrt transport.  It was lucky to manage to get a seat at that kind of hour as it was office knocking hour time so there are many people in the train.  Baby first time taking mrt, she was kicking while I was in the train.  So cute again!  She kick when she heard the mrt door close having a bang sound.  She probably thinking what sound is that and she kick.  Total we have 6 people having dinner together, mil, sil, sil bf, his younger brother, my hubby and me.  We had a very filling dinner.  I keep eating non stop. Ha~  Sad that no raw food & cold seafood allow for me for time being but still enjoy the foods.

JB with Baby & Mother-In-Law

30th June '15, my MIL was on leave she asked whether do I want to travel with her to JB.  I agreed!  It's so call Baby first oversea trip out of Singapore.  Before going out I have to informed my Hubby about it in case he worry.  Hubby also care for me a lot.  Up till date I have not took mrt yet but cab.  He's worry that might met some weird people, inconsiderate ones who will push me.  As one of my a friend I know have met such cases while her tummy was already can be seen.  Hubby say, Why so sudden going in to JB? Ha.... your mum wanna go mah....  Anyway, I and my mil went in by bus and lucky not much jam quite a smooth traffic that day.  We went to City Plaza for eating and shop.  The first stop was at their cotton on, they did sell baby and kids clothing.  We have saw a few suitable one for baby, although it's still quite limited for our baby.  As they selling more kids clothing then baby ones but still better than none.  But in the end, we I didn't buy any... ha....  Hopefully Hubby will willing to travel in to JB as my Hubby not a very into traveling to JB as he do not want to drive.  Just his own option.  But will try to pursue him to go in without drive in. :)

I and my MIL have lunch at this Chinese restaurant called Tang Shi Fu.  I love the Kuo Ba, it's really soft and taste is really not bad.  We had a small pot of herbal soup and a pot of cod fish.  The soup in the cod fish is really nice.  Before that I bought 2 dresses that can be wear for my pregnancy and is really soft and light, not bad too.  After lunch we have Ice cream and then have a walk around.  Before we back, we went to bought some bread and then had yogurt at J.Co.  JB "J.Co" have seat and cafe.  We order one cup of yogurt ice cream and seat in their cafe place.  The yogurt come with selection of fruits too.

While on the way back there a little jam, took  short nap in the bus.  After we reached the old interchange, me and my mil went to had some food before we head home.  Finally, I get to had my favorite Prawn Noodle and Qing Teng.  Baby love it too! Hee.....

A surprise gift from Hubby!

I saw this Baby G watch in instagram of babyg Japan.  Is a Japan spring/summer season watch.  It came with 3 different colour, black, white and seablue.  It have a very nice design on the watch face.  Last year we went to Japan in December for our anniversary, I miss out to buy a Baby G watch from there as it didn't came to my mind at that time.  The next time when we travel Japan again, must remember to get one. Hee.....

Look at the watch faces and colour, how nice.  It caught my eyes.  I love watches, I have couple of watches collection.  I show the seablue to my hubby that I fall in love with this and also I haven't been buying any watch for a long time.  The last time was bought like a year ago or a year + ago which I bought one purple Guess watch and hubby bought me a black with swarovski crystal Guess watch.

And also a coincidence I found it somewhere that selling this watch.  I show him.  Hubby told me I have too many watches.  He actually say no to me. :(  I'm sad.....  as I really love this colour, it just caught my eyes.  

But never expect, few days after I showing him.  On 29th June, in the early morning at 9am Hubby call home and I was still sleeping.  I was awake by his call, he told me that he have a parcel coming in.  I was still in my blur sleeping.  I was like, ok noted will pick up for you.  So I wake up and waited for the parcel to come.  While after I received it, on the outside of the parcel written something.  At first I thought it was his own parcel that he had bought something for himself.  It came to my surprise that he bought me that seablue watch.  Thanks Hubby so much!  You always give me a surprise!  

The real item is so nice and it also look nieces than it photo itself.  Muack!
