Past happening of January and February

January

Few days before cny, I had a fall coming out from bath room.  I manage to hold myself from the fall on the floor but head was hit backward and knock on the edge of the door side wall. It's very painful and a big swollen on head.  I & my hubby was so scare that anything might happened.

This fell didn't went to clinic right away but went to office to work.  Due to that Queen, keep bitching in office for her audit stuffs.  I have no choice I have to go back to finish up and pass it up to that Queen.  On that day, I still work until 8pm and rush to clinic with my hubby fetching me.  Doctor say 72hrs of critical pass will be fine.  So have to watch out any symptom appearing.  Doctor want me to rest and not to go for work the next day.  So I do as what doctor say.  The following day after a rest, back to office around 9am+ that Queen came over and say word that think is a joke with laughter. 

Queen :  What happened, why wu yuan wu gu fell down?
Me: Was coming out from bath room slip and fell.
Queen: Gan Jiong ar!!! Isitz.... hahaha....
Me: No lah...  (in the heart : knn, you think is a joke. laugh what laugh!)

How could a person saying and laughing around with this kind of happening.
If anything happened, she continues to laugh and seeing people dead???
It is not funny at all.

And this wasn't 1st time being like this.  It remind me previously my hubby fracture his feet.  I took a half day leave in the morning.  In the afternoon she massage me in the company chat asking me what happened to my hubby why he fracture his feet? Must be chasing you right? That's why feet fracture... haha.

Really enough of it. 

Another case, I feeling being tricked by this Queen.
In the interview, I share and asked everything.  When my upcoming wedding, honeymoon... 
In the interview session, HR did asked me some of the question.

HR: Will you be going honeymoon right after your wedding?
Me: No.
HR: Did you have any plan for your honeymoon:
Me: Yes
HR: When will be your honeymoon?
Me: Will be next year Q2.
HR: oh, so will be around May or June. Am I to say so?
Me: Yes.

The Queen, never say a thing or saying about her own policy.

In the interview, I have asked the Queen is there any month end closing? will it be lot of ot and etc etc....... 
Queen said, Yar, there month end closing.
not much ot I can say so.  And the month end closing, no worries is easy.  When you join you will know. :)

All these was said by her.

I was employ by the company, and was sign on the Friday and starting work on Mon.
1st day of work, nothing much was being orientation around with HR and there after by Queen.  Around 10am+ we were in the pantry sitting area.  A sudden the Queen share this-

Queen : You should know every month of the last day you have to stay late. It can stay till very late till pass 12 midnight. No matter it fall on a Sat, Sun or Ph.  You have to come back at 7pm to do closing till late.  No OT pay and no off day claim for the hrs. No leave are allow to be apply for next day and have to come back to work next day if it's a working day and no matter working how late the day before.

Me: "in the heart, HUH WTF???? When did you told me"
I can't even voice to say anything out. 

1st happening as above.

I join them last year Q2. Q4 Dec was my wedding.  My hubby have booked and pay down payment for our honeymoon trip to USA on Aug.  It is a new opening tour for 2014.  And at that point of time, I was thinking... since our trip is next year May 2014.  So I intend to let the Queen to know when is few month early before rather than too over early.  As Queen request anything more than 3 days will just  inform her 1 month before will do.  So I inform her in the chat on Dec.  She didn't say much of the things. She asked where I be going and how many days will I be away.

On January, after work.  I approach Queen personally and asked her about leave apply. 
This is the worse part i ever heard at work place.
Firstly, I told her I will be away for about 2 weeks for my honeymoon trip which she have know since dec and which she have know that i will be going for my honeymoon in the year of 2014 Q2 before i was employ.

She started to say me, 2 weeks! That's very long! I'm not sure will they let you go for 2 weeks or not. Nobody here go for 2 weeks before.  

I was like in my heart, huh! wth! You didn't mention anything to me before at all.

She continues with all her weird and ridiculous nonsenses to me, I'm not sure will "E" (one of the colleague name) will be able to handle the job or not.  And you be away for 2 weeks.  It's very long.  If "E" ok then I'm ok loh.   Can you spilt your honeymoon into 2??  You go USA for 2 weeks wait next time no more place to go liao leh... Why not spilt into 2, one week in the May another one week in Dec for your anniversary???  You go back and discuss with your husband lah.

What hell is that all above???  Firstly, you are a manager and you can't make a leave discussion mah???  You do you need to ask a staff to whether to approve or not?
After this conversation,  about sometime late I and "E" had these conversation.  "E" actually heard the the chat of me and the manager.  she wasn't very happy of her too.  She say, Why a manager can't make a discussion but to try to push to a staff.  "E" and I have the same thinking that Queen don't want to take up her own responsibility and want to push fault on others when there's things happen.  That's her style at work!

And "E" of couse will say ok.  And let say when come to May time when I'm not around there things happen.  Queen will start scolding "E" for saying ok and that's why she approve the leave.  WTF right!

Secondly, asking people to spilt honeymoon into 2.  What kind of rubbish is this??? How could going USA 1 week only???  By flying there and back it already took 1 day each and which left only 5 days.  Is she brainless or what?  The moment I heard what she have say to me, I knew she had never went overseas before or seldom.  And how could USA be going finish within 2 weeks.  She's crazy!

I actually went to have a chat with a colleague who is a AM in another department who have work in the company for more than 20 over years.  I ask her about company not allow staffs to take more than 2 weeks leave?  She told me, NO.  Who told me that?  I share her what's going on.  She heard and tell me, rubbish.  Who say can't, she also went to USA for her honeymoon trip last time.  And another department the XX person had just went for her honeymoon for 2 weeks.  That AM after heard my case wasn't unhappy of it.  She tell me, honeymoon is the only time that can go for 2 weeks and it's once in the life time.  Must go!

See, there are so many problematic of underling this Queen.  Leave freeze, change of own words, month closing work till over midnight which crush with my study.

The crushing with my study was damn obvious, I received my schooling time table.  I scan through, Wah! Wed, Thur study Fri closing and sat study!    Look suck!!!!!  That's one of the example.

There more about it which really lazy to type about it anymore.  Lot of unnecessary things that she have created on us.   I'm not the second or third person who had leave under her. It's quite countless already and even her own very good friend who had ever join her in the same department had a big fight with her and left the company and worse no more friendship to be made.  Gosh! Worse of worse!
